G20 hybrid fault

Hi all, just cleaning my clubs ready for tomorrow's knock. (Forgive me if the terminology is wrong) and I've noticed the hosel has come away 2/3 mm from the club head. I can't see any damage to it, splits etc... The club is approx 6 months old.
So the question is what to do, is this normal, and do clubs come with a warranty? I suppose the obvious thing is to take it back to ag and see what they say.

Take it to AG they will send it back to ping, if you have any problems with AG then just ring ping my mate had a simlar problem with his driver he bought at Hensol (which has now closed) and they sorted it for him with only postage charge.

Heat the hosel up using steam from a boiling kettle, push the plastic thing back up, (the ferrel)

It's just come loose. If you do the above it should stay in place

Its only the ferrule. Glue it back down with some chewing gum ;-)
