We stayed there 18months ago and are going back at Christmas. The food is far from fantastic now. It's ok, edible but not really that nice. The cold buffet we got when we arrived around 10pm last time was terrible.

The village bit around the pool is spot on for our needs with a 1 and 5 year old.

Is that the hotel on its own slightly outside of Corralejo?

Yes there's two Riu hotels there standing alone. It's about 5 minutes from Corralejo
