First Comp

Do you remember playing in your first copetition?
What was your score(stableford)? Today was my first competition and I want to know am I average or brutal. My score was 23

My first comp was as a junior many years ago, off a handicap of 33 I shot a 90 nett 57 and was promptly cut to 20, course was par 70 SSS 67 so I recon that would work out at around 49 points, last stableford I played was 3 or 4 weeks back, came in with 31 points.

The great thing about stableford is you can completely blow a hole without having a massive effect on your score.

Dont worry mitch, i scored 19 pts in my first comp. Wait till you play your first medal, it can be soul destroying.

Wouldn't worry I've been playing for 30 years and still only got 25 points in the last stableford at my club
