Film Guilty Pleasures

Commando - Arnie the 1 man army and the one liners

80's Jackie Chan - Wheels on Meals/ armour of god/ police story etc

Overboard - Kurt Russell and Goldie Hawn

Loved the 80s/early 90s JC stuff. Operation Condor, City Hunter even some of the Aussie film board tie ups like Mr Nice Guy and First Strike.
Terrible acting, never going to win awards but for sheer energy and choreographed fight scenes (his reuniting with Sammo Hung) they are entertaining to watch.

Blazing saddles, So funny but we're not allowed to think it now.

I loved watching virtually all the Mel Brooks films, Blazing Saddles was certainly the best. A bit too risque for this site but do a web search for the one joke that was left on the cutting room floor.

First one I watched was the Producers and I was hooked.

One of my guilty pleasures was all the Confessions films e.g Confessions of a Window Cleaner.

I had read all the books first and they had me in stitches. The books were past around the guys at work and you could tell who was reading one in their lunch break by the laughter.

Old Arnie films are my weakness, Commando, Total Recall, Running Man and Predator, all classics imo ?

I worked with Jesse Ventura on sports radio commentary in 1990 - he is just hilarious and a really nice guy too.
