Snowed here last Monday night so had it since then, but woke up this morning and its warmed right up and been raining. so by the looks of the course , might get a game this week.

Played yesterday in what started as sleet, then turned to snow for 7 or so holes, then ended in horrible rain. Shot 30 pts. Fancied going home after 10 holes!

it was a beautiful sunny day here too, even had to dig sun glasses out... shame about the foot of snow in the ground at the time

We were very lucky, the Glasgow guys had to dig themselves out to get down and brave the M77
complete contrast today all gone.. practice green looks wet though after the fast melt

Quite a change overnight, was walking the dog in a snowstorm yesterday morning, today it's about 9 degrees and bright, snow/ice shifted quicksmart. You winter golfers must be happier now. Rest of this week looks mild too.

Monthly medal. Course not closed, comp not cancelled. Plus with the 3 guys I played with, the walk was a good laugh, even if the golf wasn't!

We keep getting buggy bans (more in the last few weeks than in the last 10 year)
Morning routine has become grab the laptop, check course status - if a buggy ban roll over and try to get some more sleep. At least I have been getting one game a week.
Lots of guys playing the medal this morning said the course should have been closed.

Well, I managed a game at Gullane today, a tad windy but no sign of snow. Eight degrees and greens slick and true. Happy again.
