as apposed to my usual favorites of Strombergs, that I've found out the hard way, some of their fabrics don't always clean well.

I've got a new pair of cream/navy check strombergs that I was thinking about wearing tomorrow, think they can wait until summer now though!

I like to have the odd new piece of clothing, but concerning clubs, then i am at least two years behind.

The newest model club that i have in the bag are my Macgregor Mactec m685 irons, and they are three or four years old by now (but they really are soo good)

9 times out of 10 i wearmy black Galvin Green trousers ive had them ages and they still look like new,i have 3 pairs of Galvins and 2 pairs of Pings ranging from black to white and black check.

I normally buy all my golf shirts in sales Nevada Bobs mostly Wilson Staff and Ping, other shirts/jumpers like Lyle & Scot i wear to the pub so have 2 uses,oh and 2 Galvin Green belts but i didnt pay for them,i would never pay 50 notes for a belt myself.

6 months of the year i play in waterproof trousers just to keep clean

Me too, they may get an airing at the Belfry next week (sorry Tony)

I LIKE to look a tw@t on the course. It's the only place I can display my flamboyance without getting arrested.

Peacocks rule!!!!

The problem with a lot of standard 'golf clothes' are that the sizes are too big. I am 6ft tall and fairly slim but a small or medium in a golf make just seems to hang off me. Its only the 'fashion brands' that seem to fit, although it is changing a bit. I like to wear smart fitted clothes, and a lot of the time they aren't golf brands at all! Long live TK Maxx!!

As i don't go clubbing anymore, the golf course is a nice place to express yourself!

I love black gloves but Im not prejudice against whites :D

Fashion...the only time I followed fashion consistantly is when I wore a smart green or khaki and had to walk the same as everyone else. ;)

I always think a nice black polo shirt matched with beige chinos looks the business on the golf course. Topped off with a nice white glove and some smart white shoes.
I have chinos from M&S, Matalan, Asda, BHS. Shirts I'm not too fussed about but have recently bought quite a few "Woodworm" ones from AG during their sale and am very impressed with the quality and workmanship of them. Prefer plain colours mainly black, white or red.

Dont care how I look but do like new gear, every pay day I usually have a splurge, got a new under armour today and golf lesson.

Black golf gloves are just plain wrong!

I will wear anything that looks half decent.

That being said I am a big fan of anything pink, particularly in summer.

You will NEVER see me wearing red, it just will not happen, ever.

Absolutely nothing wrong with Pink medway...but will you ever be as good as Tiger without red? :D
