Bowood isn't really that exotic is it?
St Enodoc is named after a church, hence The Church course. Just normal names when you have lived here for a few years TBH. It's not like Parasampia or Dragons teeth or Beau Desert.

I'm not in the Uk so maybe can't play on this thread but locally there is Ile Aux Cerfs (The Deer Island) & Paradis GC (Paradise) which both sound fairly exotic

I've played Ile Aux Cerfs - it is simply stunning and even more exotic than it sounds - you get a boat to the island the course is on - people treat you like a king, white sand turquoise sea and mountain views and superb Langer designed 7000 yd course. Lifetime experience ? YES Exotic ? HELL YES !
