Guy at our club is a mad footie fan and is going to Budapest for matches but no idea who is is watching. He also will have tickets for a quarter final and a semi final. TV for me is better.

Within the next few days we will know 18 of the qualifiers.

Can anybody explain in simple terms how the remaining 6 places will be determined?
How will it be decided where the seeds will be based?

Finally who do you feel will be the winner?

10 groups, 2 from each qualify so thats 20, the other 4 come from the play offs in March next year (the draws next week)

Overall performance in qualifying leads to the seeding for the final draw which is Nov 30th, theres all sorts of rules on who plays where I think

Who wins, anyone of about 8 sides currently lol

Not sure if this is the right thread but the sight of Kosovan fans holding up England flags during the English national anthem was incredibly powerful. Clearly a big night over there.

Or maybe to try & dissuade the booing of their Anthem.... they're obviously a fiercely proud Nation.

Think you've got me mixed up.
Travelled through those regions many years ago so met them & their neighbours on home ground so can see why they're happier now.
Having a strong Nation Identity helps folk from being too sensitive towards others.... think on that 🤪🤪

Does seem a bit dependent on the holding midfielder and that movement. But it would be good to have a pair of centre backs to swap in and out. Not just change one.

Yes the full backs play so far up that the CBs are exposed to much for me.
We got caught on the counter when we lost the ball to easy in their half.

We arguably have one of the most potent attacking line ups in Europe at the moment and very dangerous going forward. However we are so lacking a holding midfield player and defensively we look a shambles still compared to the best sides. I fear unless we can solve the issues next years event will be another exercise in what could have been. We are definitely not far off and you wonder how as a defender Southgate can't recognise the issues or solve them
