My kids found my mrs box set of friends on VHS last week. They had no idea what they were. I think the on demand is big, my kids have so much stuff recorded whatch what they want when they want. I remember when the Simpsons was on once a week at 6pm on a Sunday on sky1. Had to go to my mates house to watch it!
 
The only curry you'd ever tasted was a Vesta.

The bank cashier used to update your bank book with a pen.

You had to wait for your holiday snaps to be developed at Boots.

The only labels on clothes were name tapes in your school jumper.

Accumulator[ battery ] the size and weight of 2 building bricks was needed to power your radio, and you had to have it charged up at the local garage. The radio itself was like a large piece of furniture, some record players were the wind up type. the good old days.:confused:
