My late wife and I no longer play and I am hoping to be able to donate about 30 bog standard clubs (ladies and gents) to a local charity for use by young new players. Does anyone know of a club or charity, preferably near Leeds, that may be interested.

Speak to local clubs or driving ranges that might have a "getting in to golf" scheme or similar. They often take in clubs that can be used by new players that don't yet have clubs.

I've managed to off-load them all apart from a very cheap Chinese trolley and battery. Both now in the council tip.
The pro took a ladies set for a promising junior girl who is growing out of her junior clubs.
A local charity welcomed me with open arms saying that had plenty of demand for second hand clubs and I also left them with a Go-Cart trolley and full battery
