just found out yesterday's comp was set up as a non-qualifier as preferred lies are now in operation. mystery solved

Is it preffered lies everywhere ?♂ Ie through the green
As you can still have it as qualfiying if it’s Preffered lies on closely mown areas

The email just said 'preferred lies are in operation with effect from today" so I assume that means all areas.
