Ebay warning

I too have used the aforementioned golf clubs selling page on Facebook. That was until I got blocked for an unknown reason! I had only bought clubs and not sold, no explanation!

I've been left annoyed as well, it was admittedly for a tiny sum of £2 for a laptop key that didn't fit, I returned it and no refund. Now too late to do anything and can't for the life of me find how to complain. Like I said, almost not worth bothering with, but it's a point of principle that bugs me!

Thank you for the warning
But you knew he had low rating so you must have thought that this was possible but at least it wasn't lots of money as you said
Thanks

He had 6 feedback at 100%, like others have said you have to start somewhere, it was £40 but will almost certainly get that back.

you need to go on the full site not an app and ebay help resolution centre, once you find it it fairly straight forward. Also make sure you mention to seller you will be leaving negative feedback if they don't refund amazing how that normally means an instant paypal incoming....

After waiting ten days I opened case this morning, after 5 minutes they had gone in my favour and refunded me, well done ebay.
This Ebay user now has 87.5% feedback rating!

Just shows that 'the process' works!

It may be a little slow and frustrating, but that's to be fair to both parties!

I've not had a problem with low feedback (100%) sellers. Even got a bargain from a zero feedback one - the McGregors that are now my preferred irons!
