eBay Warning to Sellers

I was selling a lady's driver. I had 4 bids and the time was to be up at 8pm but eBay de-listed it saying it had breached their Keyword Spamming policy.
The problem was that I described the club "as new" and people doing a keyword search for new items would also see this.
I guess we should be checking terms and conditions more carefully.

Very annoying, have fallen foul of keyword rules myself on Ebay. Do you get the lisitng fee back? If you had 4 bids I'm sure you'll get some more and sell the club. Pain in the posterior though!

I took the matter up with eBay and they tell me that the expression "as new" in the title is not allowed but we can use it in the body of the entry.
I do not know how it will affect eBay charges but they are not excessive anyway.
