Bought a present for my daughter, got it at a good price & it was listed as new & happy with the purchase as long as it comes :). Whats the problem you may ask, I was flicking through the completed listings today & saw the same item I had bought had not sold for a higher price, but instead of new it listed it as used, had for 2 months & immaculate condition. Now I was a tad peeved off,I wouldn't have minded if they said nearly new, should I wait for it to come & thoroughly check it out, get on to her & demand a further discount for fibbing, inform ebay she fibbing & negative feedback. The person has sold lots of items & has 100% feedback.

Negative feedback is fairly pointless IMO and just winds people up. Wait to receive it and see if you think its been used. If you dont, cantact the seller with your reasoning. If it cant be sorted go to Ebay as they have a reasonable juducial service for this sort of thing. I have had to use it and its sorts things quite quickly.

Wait and see when it comes. They may have had 2 of them. We run an Ebay shop and some of the complains you get are plain daft. Most of the stuff we sell is good but cheap silver rings and thing. People will get a silver ring for say 99p and still find something to moan about. The samething sell on the highstreet for over £20. Ok it Chinnese silver as we import from China.
