Think I may have a dispute headed my way.
After upgrading my modem router I decided to stick my old one on the bay. It was all working fine when sent out to the buyer.
He's contacted me today saying the WiFi keeps dropping out, even if he's sat next to it.
I've suggested he tries to find a better WiFi channel, but I don't wish to try and remotely trouble shoot this.
I sold the item as no refunds but assume he can take this into dispute.
Any advice as to what I can expect and how to deal with this as I never had an item queried before.
