Haven't bought anything off e-bay for ages.

I have seen a few things go sky high when there are actually other similar items at lower buy it now prices or with hardly any bids. Always thought it funny that one of the bidders didn't just bale and go for the alternative. Makes you wonder...

I've got the cc groves and they spin like crazy the md grooves must be mental! Also def sounds like he had someone bump the price up, had someone do this with a callaway driver, winner didn't pay, relisted item went for £36!!! They must have been gutted!

i just bid what id be happy to pay for the item. just the other night i bid £24 for a vintage argentina 1990 football shirt. it went for £25. was i a bit pissed off? yes i was. i could have added another few pounds but another guy might of had a higher limit so i just put it down to the highest bidder won fair and square.

that post about partial ownership is so true. you watch the item for 7 days and get an attachment to it. when you lose it you say "that bastard got MY thingy" :rofl:
