Driving Range - how long to reload

If you hit a good one hold the pose, enjoy it and reinforce the positive feedback and balance. Play each ball as you would on the course, because if it doesn't feel the same- it won't feel the same -simples

on the range my intention is to profit from the hour to hour and a half that it takes to hit my 45 balls. A good few practice swings to commit to muscular memory what I am trying to achieve before I hit each ball and a regular change of club.
A few minutes sit down every 10 mins or so just to have a look around and perhaps wonder whether the longest hitter on the range that session can chip and putt ;)
I Seldom use the driver on the range, any thought of trying to hit it further than I do at my age usually equates to a wild slice or pulled muscle, or both.
Accurate 6/7 irons to the green make all the difference on my course

I always step off the mat after each shot and go through my set up for each shot. I try and give each shot the same attention I would on the course or it becomes a pointless exercise in beating balls and nothing meaningful.

Apart from being a prat why would you want to hit another while the first one is still going. What is the point.

The pro is trying to improve my weight transfer, so he has me holding the finish position until the ball has landed. Then I step off the mat and take my stance again. You don't hit two consecutive shots form the same place on the course so I think it makes sense to practise the set up on every shot.
