ok, i think a major point has been overlooked. Many people from within the industry visit this forum, they must do as if they didnt we wouldn't get the great prizes that we do. With this in mind people within the industry would only know how great this forum is because they no doubt visit it.
Id be very surprised if we didnt have Reps, PR managers and all sorts of other employees from all of the big brands looking at this site even if they are not registered and are just viewing as guests. I bet a tenner someone at callaway has already viewed this thread.

I accept that but if they started shelling out new heads or clubs everytime someone was frankly careless, it wouldn't do much for business and they'd be inundated with people suddenly developing issues. As the OP has had problems corrected before to be honest and a tad callous he's probably used all his good will anyway.
