Drills to stop hands getting stuck

Does anybody have drills that help stop your hands getting "stuck" behind your body on the downswing. I would even be happy with any out-to-in drills you have as these may help.
Tips and drills will be greatly appreciated

Can you do the 3-ball drill the other way round?

I can think of a few causes, if you turn your body too quickly you can leave your hands behind, likewise if you are overswinging - both are timing issues.

A posture that is too upright can leave you swinging around your right hip, I should know... I used to do it. If you get a good spine angle at address (approx 35-40°) there should be room to swing the club up and back on plane without feeling jammed.

If you can post a short vid (mobile phone clip) of your swing it would be cool.

I would say that it is from rotating my hips too much but my pro didnt say anything about it.
