HELP trying to find Cesil and Philip

Hi, I am desperately trying to find 2 golfers I believe based in Portadown, Cesil (possibly Blevins) and Philip. They played golf with my Dad (Adrian Humphreys) and also played snooker with everyone Thursday evening for many years. My Dad has recently passed away and I have been trying to get in touch with them but numbers I have no longer work and I don't even know their surnames.
Any help greatly appreciated!
