just baught one of the said trollies. i was just wondering if the handle is suposed to have a bit of play in it. by this i mean it twist's a little side to side. its not much of a problem but i thought they are suposed to be rock solid

Teegirl, hijacking Bob's lappy.

I have one too, but at 5' 4" it doesn't really move at all.
And I do have a big bag, full of stuff !!! :D

Its actually a tuning aid developed from formula one, if you check the slow motion clips during formula one races you will see the same twisting on the front wings as the cars ride the kerbs. Powakaddy developed this in partnership with McLaren F1 unfortunately Bernie Ecclestone got wind of it and decided to ban it on all push trolleys, so to hide the "feature" from Bernie, if you are normal size it is usable, but if you are only four feet tall like Bernie this "feature" is completely disguised by the shortened handle. :D

Mine does the same. Doesn't cause a problem though... You can reduce it if you shorten the handle a bit. Even with an umbrella holder attached in the wind, it doesn't cause anything more than a minor annoyance.
