Back in the day when I could walk the course ,( COPD has put paid to that ) to start my warm up I would ,at my home course go and run to the ninth green and back to the clubhouse. Then attack the driving range.
I always felt better when I had the time to do it especially the run as it got all my muscles limbered up , if I was pushed for time I never really started hitting it will untill about the sixth hole .
So what do you do for a warm up ?
