Switched from my Anser 2 to an Oddie 2 ball last month - not sure that i'm better off but how long do i tough it out?

Nothing really wrong just haven't seen any marketed difference - had a putting lesson recently so the fundamentals are there.

Am i expecting too much?

If you have any sort of video camera, sit it on the floor behind the putter and film your stroke. That will help you decide between the two

I posted on here before regarding the benefit I have felt from my Oddy two ball.
I make my practice swing above the ball after having made my stance, then I can use the swoosh of whie that the putter makes and it helps me get the aim right, I still have to get pace right but it definately helps. I went out with a Yes Callie a few weeks ago and my putting was pretty poor as I couldnt get the ball started on the right line.
Everyone has their own particular way though, might be worth trying all the same.

just like you i went from a anser to a 2 ball. it took me about 10 hrs of practice to start to see the benefit. now, i can't do without it. keep with it, it will come

Not worked enough on my putting and so getting the results I deserve especially on the shorter ones I was making regularly last year. YOu only get out what you put in. Off to work on it next week. I've been looking at going back to my odyssey #9 but really prefer the Anser for looks. I had a 2 ball and to be honest it never really filled me with too much confidence

It's a bit early for that kind of talk isn't it Bob?

I always said it was wrong to let 'ordinary people' play golf.
;)

He's not 'ordinary', he's one of them 'special people'

<font color="orange"> No insult is meant to special people by the idea of listing Smiffy as one of them
