Divoting...

Does anybody know what the normal size for a divot when hitting wedges?
Usually with my lob wedge i take massive divots yet I'm thinking it could be something to do with the bounce (8deg). Pitching with my much needed lob wedge is very poor. I'm good enough at using sand wedge and pitching wedge yet I've no idea what the bounce is as I got them as part of an iron set (Mizuno MX19)

Less to do with the bounce, more to do with angle of attack using that wedge i would think. Is the divot overly deep and/or overly long ??

My normal wedge shot would churn up a small palm sized divot roughly, but if im attempting to gemerate lots of spin and compression on the ball with a steeper angle of attack, the divot would be deeper and larger.
