I played with an interesting guy on the Bonalba (Spain) course last week. He had a device that was mounted at the end of his putter, just like one of these ball pickers. Not as wide, but slightly longer. And he claimed it was a patented device that he had bought on the internet for twenty dollars. With this, he removed all the pitch marks. Not only for him, but for all of us, and a few marks more. It was done in seconds and the result was impressive. The green was left completely smooth, only with some small holes in it. These were resulting from small needles being pushed into the ground and retracted by a spring that brought the impression back up with it. Truly impressive!

Since this game, I have searched the internet to buy one for myself. But in vain, I have forgotten the name of the device and I don’t know the guy. So then I ask you, can any of you help me out?

Cynic Alert!!
Watch out for a miraculous "it's OK I found it" post from the OP with a link to the site where you can buy it from!!!

Sorry in advance to the OP if this doesn't turn out to be the case.
