Ive used the direct golf in Walsall for many years and I went inside today to either get some new golf shoes that I do need or to look at a possible new stand bag.
Today I realized that the Walsall branch has so little actually in the store so few bags and also few shoes that all are too expensive.
I went into a American golf store few months back has the store has so many irons all along one wall it had so many options new clubs and older clubs it was very impressive and that's what I want to see when I go into a golf store and direct golf in Walsall only seem to sell expensive items and not very many of them either.
Inside the store seems to be very very limited with all there different clubs and items its very disappointing what its turned into

I think today will be the final time I ever go into one of those stores it really hit me today how terrible it was to be a customer with them.

Anyone else felt this about the Walsall store or perhaps one of there others

Think I better use my voucher on something I don't need, just to use it up otherwise I'm going to be left with nothing. Their website is having the stock run down on it by the looks of it and when I phoned the Romford branch the other day about new wedges, he was able to offer me only one 50 degree wedge!! ONE!!

Problem is, there isn't anything I actually want on their site at the moment!

I spent a £20 voucher yesterday. Online no sales can be made!

You can't buy on their website?? Bugger. I better get to Romford

Yep!! I tried purchasing something yesterday online so went in store and got shot of the voucher before they go under which seems inevitable with all the things circling on here and the fact there was hardly any stock in my local branch and that they couldn't sell Nike products, (as per my sig, I was gutted!! aha!)

Given the circumstances you can't blame them for having no stock

Hm, why?

Their business plan has obviously failed in some way or they wouldn't be in the administrative situation they are and they wouldn't have had to look at Ashley or anyone else to bring a much needed capital injection into what could only be described as a failing business, so, when suppliers start to see this which is usually when payments start becoming late, they run down stock to increase cash flow and order goods in only for specific pre-paid customer orders, it's on a downward slope then and they only have themselves to blame when suppliers put them on stop!

I have to send something back to them today which I got from their website last week, hope they take it back!
Can't imagine issuing a refund is going to help their believed current situation.

They have no choice whilst their doors are still open.
