Decent Prices On Certain Items

I usually buy the majority of my equipment from Direct Golf or American Golf and have come across an internet supplier Golf Warehouse UK who have some very good prices on certain items and from today until Sunday they have an additional 10% off everything (even sale items) i.e.

* TaylorMade TP Red Balls = £17.95
* Pro V1's = £26.95
* Nike One Platinum/Black = £22.45
* MD Golf NV Drew Signature Wedge = £35.96 (This won best budget wedge in Golf Monthly a few months back, and i have one myself and love it.)

Have a look yourself, the site is not brilliant, but I bought some TaylorMade TP Red Balls for £19.99 and one of the MD wedges from them a few months ago and their service was very good.

As you can see I this is my first post, but I only came across this site yesterday and it may seem that I may have an allegance with this company, but this company are in Scotland and i am in Droitwich! I just had a email from this company highlighting this offer and thought that I would pass it on to others. ;)

Given the general feeling over spamming etc I am going to focus on the site itself. The TP Red balls are the previous model and have been superceded by the TP (2008) model hence the low price although to be fair there would be nothing wrong with these balls (I used some last year) and there are a competitive price.

It seems a hotch pot really. Some items I think are reasonably priced and I may be tempted and others seem a bit dear. Not the best quality sire but it does what it needs to.

I hope you come back on here and contribute with other threads and that your intentions are good and are not just plugging the site. I look forward to seeing you on here regularly

Is it too late for you to edit your post and put this in CAPITALS at the top.....otherwise, I fear for your life once the Rottweilers are let loose.

After previous posts on Spammers, I think we need to cut this guy a bit of slack (and maybe be polite).

For a start off, I haven't looked at the site, but ProVs at £26 is a good deal (if they are real, and new).

It is however, an interesting first post, given that most people's first post is a bit of a hello, or is a contributory post to an on going thread.

God we really can be a sceptical bunch at times. This may just be a first post highlighting good offers.

Having said that, we have been seeing a few advertising posts the last while.

What can I say I'm all about the love this afternoon! :)

Sorry just edited this post to say whilst I lazily typesy reply the responses that beat me too it were much friendlier than anticipated. Apologies guys, I am pleasantly surprised. :)

Gentleman,

In lieu of other threads on here I'm prepared to at least give him the benefit initially. I've looked at the site and it is ok but not one I'd choose to use (I get good deals via my friend who manages a local AG and through my pro).

I wasn't aware that he had posted a plug so soon after registering and like so many does seem a poor way of introducing yourself so my hackles are raised but for now I'll keep my powder dry.

I can assure you 110% guys that my intentions are honourable. I have just got back into the game three months ago and have joined a local club, had a few lessons, hell I've even cured my slice (I think!!). I like a bargain like the next guy in fact here's another one I went to American golf yesterday and bought myself a set of Sunderland Waterproofs ok I paid full whack for the trousers (£50) but the Jacket was a GT Pro II RRP £119 reduced to £59 and it shows up on the tills as £50, so i'm chuffed and ready for the winter! :)

I am NOT a spammer, like i've said I only spotted the site last night and am looking forward to contributing loads more on here. Please welcome me, not condemn me. ;)

Thanks for the site, I have not heard of them before. As Homer said some things are cheap like the new Aero 3 bag but other things such as Ben Ross trimass v6 fairway priced at £55 when online golf sells them for £30 expensive.

The MD Drew wedges are a steal, they also have all the lofts unlike some online sites.

Taylormade Burner Plus irons 4-sw steel £314.10 bargin.

Neither nowt nor summat - as the Mother in Law says. Seems ok but even the provs at £26 - add the postage and you're up to £30 so its not that good.

Worth a look now and again.

As one who has been probably the most tarnished with the label of spam basher I have to admit I was ready to think up a welcome message for you but in the spirit of acceptance we are now preaching I was prepared to be tolerant. Now that you have posted again I am more than happy to accpet that you are the real deal and I welcome you with a meaty virtual handshake and look forward to chatting with you on all things golf. Be prepared to give up hours of your life to the forum mind it is almost as infectious as playing the stupid game.

Good shout on the Sunderland top. I had a leaflet through today advertisisng it for £59.99 and so if you got another £10 off that really is a good deal.
