This guy is nuts. He got pissed one night on his birthday and decided to go for a run - he ran for 30 miles. He was hooked. He then went on to run 50km/50 mile races. followed by 100km/100 mile races.
He went on to run a marathon at the south pole and a 200 mile race in 46 hours.....
He done that twice and the 3rd time he decided to run the 200 and finish it off with an extra marathon for good measure.
The book was a belting read and really shows what the human body is capable of.
