Course closed at 8am... but every cloud....

2nd round of club champs and course closed at 8am just as I arrived, typical.

Anyhow we headed off to a local 2x9 hole par 65 and I went round in 84! I was hitting the driver way better than ever before (apart from 2 but even they werent as bad as previous). It was nice to putt on decent greens aswell. Made 3 or 4 around 10-12ft.

New longest drive of 270yds (measured with GPS) so was good to see the lesson and couple of sessions has started to kick in already. Now to carry on with the swing change and work on approach shots.

Hit the range this morning. Was tempted to play PM but decided putting and chipping could do with some refreshment in time for the Volvo on Wednesday. Playing tomorrow after work but the course looks in decent nick considering

cheers. Started with a triple on a par 3 aswell and twice had 150/140 left on par 4's and took single/double.

I guess the irons need some work aswell lol. Is there no end to the list of what to practice haha
