Right you Engerlish golfers, we need some more of you guys for the Goswick get together.

What can I say, Goswick is a real class golf course and if none of you have played a true links before then this is a special treat. The price alone is a steal, a genuine steal. So, if your thinking about it, get your name down toot sweet. You never know, you could play with me….another treat.

I'm in the same boat as last year. I'd love to go but the overall cost - travel, stay, beer, food (note the order!), play, beer makes it one expensive trip. Not in the same league as the Castle trip but a lot of wonga for 2 rounds and the craic - even though I'm sure it'll be a grand day or 2.

Why would any Englishman want to play in this and possibly be drawn with someone who freely admits to hating the English and calling them Filth?

who said that? :D

evahakool,

Sorry, you've lost me there, I thought this was about a golf match ?

Anyway we still need a couple of English players to make up the numbers.

Who is this comment referring to?

I can't remember anyone coming out with it.

As Viscount says, they are a good bunch of skirt wearing, deep fried mars bar eating, strawberry blonde twonks ;)

The search facility is your friend..... ;) ;) ;)

Posted 5th December 2009.

"Yesterday saw the draw for the World Cup but you could have been forgiving for mistaking it as the crowning of the Champions...the love in has started and it's only December 5th!!!

All the teams drawn against have been dismissed and Motson has informed us that 'They should set up camp as close to Joberg as possible cos that's where the final is'

I too freely admit we are gash but I also freely admit I hate the Engerlish.

No wonder I wil be supporting any teams that play the filth.

There was a winky "smiley" after the first bit though
;) ;) ;) ;) ;)

Like Dave and Stuart says we had a great time up at the England Scotland meet last year, so if anyone is in two minds about going don't be you will have a great time.

You can apply that post to moi...... :D

And for those reason I will be hoping we rip the heart out of Engerland......again. ;)

nah . . . we were being terribly polite guests last time, proper English gentlemen, don't you know. but you only get it once. :D

best bunch of skirt wearers you'll ever meet

I have no doubt this is absolutely true i was not talking about the group as a whole.

I have lived in Scotland for over 35 years and play twice a week and have had some great banter on and of the golf course, thankfully i have not come across this nationalistic rubbish very often.

Maybe this was ment as a joke,if i have offended anyone i apologize and hope you all have a great days golf.

And the Engerlish thrash the jocks ;)

Not a chance of a home soil victory.....I am setting out the pin positions for both days, have arranged 4am 'War at The Goose Farm' calls a la Kiawah Island style and have arranged laxatives for the Friday morning Englishmans coffee. :D ;)
