Cobtree - 30/08/2008

Hi All,

Just to let you know that I recieved the deposit reciept from Cobtree today.

Those in attendance are Myself, HTL, Nomadpaul, Murphthemog, Smudge & Bunkermentality123.

Arrival is for 11.45 with a bacon roll and coffee, a time on the practice ground followed by the 1st tee time of 12.50. We shall be going out in 2's with a buggy per pair.

Thanks to those who have got the deposit to me already.

Looking forward to what should be a great day. There are also some prizes on offer!!

Its definately a buggy course. The bar manager there is the son of one of my playing partners and he wont go out without one on this hilly track in summer.

can't wait! Playing like a right plonker at moment, shot 51 for 9 holes this morning! But its the first day back after a week off.

Don't rub it in guys. I'm just sorry (ok half-sorry) that I can't be there with you to come 2nd to MWJ.

As you Kentish Men (or is it Men of Kent?) should know it's the Faversham Hop Festival that weekend and I'm spending a very long weekend at my brother's there so that I can sample a few beers and enjoy the street entertainment. Ah. Duty calls.

It's a hell of a job but someone's got to do it....
