Had a trip out with young grandson Bradley tash. Ended up at sports direct in Shirebrook. Mr Ashley has two big shops/ warehouse there. Anyway one of them ( not the sports clothing warehouse ) the one that says closing down sale ( but it's not closing down)on the other side of the road. Upstairs is a discount sports section, selling anything and everything. There is an area that has golf clubs for sale, it says that Titliest, Callaway, Wilson staff and quite a few other branded clubs are £10 each. Dunlops I think are free if you buy a bar of chocolate. Anyway I had a look through for a pal who wants a Titielst AP1 4 iron to go with his set. They only had the 6 iron but it was a 716. Also some of the clubs are the fitting type with the screw lock on the bottom. There are a shed load of shafts..
But for £10 there are some bargain clubs there for you fancy a trip out.
PS there is also a callaway " fitting " bag for £40 if you need one. Whilst you are up there you can get you hockey sticks, tennis bats, ski sticks or Halloween gear if you want.
