Clicgear 3.5+ handle.

Hi all, I've recently purchased a Clicgear 3.5+ trolley and it seems excellent, the only thing I'm unsure on is the handle. With the tightening knob (the one that locks the push handle in position) turned fully tight there is a bit of play that allows the handle to move up and down a little, has anyone else found this with their Clicgear? I'm actually wondering if it's engineered this way to allow some movement.

I have Clicgear 2... when the knob is fully tightened, the handle will not move.

The reason you have the play is because the latch that connects the handle to the main bar in the middle has not been engaged. If you look down the middle of area where the handle attaches to the main rod, there is a small red latch/clip. This locks into place automatically when you open the clicgear. Sometimes it does not as you tend to tighten the knob before fully opening the trolley.

As you get used to the clicgear it will become second nature.... enjoy the new kit..
