Christmas Round cancelled :(

So, I found out today the my Society (The Splinter Cell Golf Society) has cancelled our annual "Jingle Cell" Christmas golf day on the 27th.

I'm gutted.

In other news, I got my Srixon Cabretta gloves from eBay in the post today. That cheered me up.

Looks like I'll have to wait until the 13th Jan to hit a golf ball proper.

Range for me on Sunday as the Boxing Day roll up is cancelled but I've been given a golfing pass. I think HID realises I get cabin fever at Chrimbo and in the old days would find a match somewhere which was an all dayer. At least this way I'm only gone a while (allegedly)

Well 240 mile round trip on boxing day to see a relative not in a good state; then was hoping to get over that by playing The Christmas Cup Society game on the Monday, but you can guess the rest ..........

Yep. I completely forgot that you get three too. I'd assumed it was two (which I would have been happy with)...Imagine my delight when I opened up the package to put them in my golf bag to find there was three! Should keep me going until the summer.

Well got the green light from HID to play mon-weds! Great until I get up this morning to 4 inches of snow with rain and snow forecast next week class!
