Have to say I agreed with the 'negative' points yesterday but watched an interview with her this morning and she came across very well. Some measured replies and to be honest seems a very nice person.

Having seen her play up close on the course at the British Open two years ago I'd have to say that on TV she is loud, brash and annoying while on the course she is hugely entertaining and interacts well with the paying crowd. Something you don't get in the mens game I understand (having never been in person to a mens event.

Why does it come down to shagging? Laura Davies, great golfer in her prime, never once did I look at her like some sort or sex thing. Why cant you just see them for what they are, professional lady golfers making arses of themselves.

I enjoyed watching it and didn't see much difference from the Ryder cup as thats the way the yanks do things (ok the face stickers wouldn't work on the men ).
But the women ( both teams ) do seem to have more fun playing than the men do
