Chinese Spring rolls...

I love crispy Chinese Spring rolls.
But why can't I buy chicken ones anymore?
Plenty of duck and vegetable ones, but no chicken!!
Used to love 'em. Filled with shredded chicken, bean sprouts, prawns. What's not to like?

Me and Missis T were once on a Junk boat in Halong bay, Vietnam. Part of the trip was a cooking class. Making spring rolls was one of the things we made. Sweet mother they were gorgeous. They make the spring rolls like a Yorkshire granny makes Yorkshire puds.

Morrisons and Asda do chicken spring rolls according to trolley.co.uk.

They are never in stock at Morrisons, (in fact if you log onto their website they are always shown as "not available" and Asda never have them in stock either...
