Evening all,

I would really appreciate some help from you guys. I'm after a drill, tip or even a recommendation for a training aid to get rid of my chicken wing (I think that's what its called when the left elbow sticks out towards the target on the follow through).
I think this is stopping me releasing the club head probably. I could be wrong in my very inexperienced opinion.

Please if anyone has any advice I would be extremely grateful

I think taking your swing back to basics and possibly locking your elbow with a slow swing speed.

I'm no pro but can hazzard a guess :D

Have you renewed at Gosforth? I've signed up for Garesfield with Satty and remember on a previous thread you were considering it

No I'm not renewing, course was really bad after poor weather. My uncle has been a member at Garesfield for over 20 years and lives it. I think it might just be a bit far for me being the other side of Newcastle. I'm still looking around at the mo

As a cheap option, what about the old 2L drink bottle with the top and bottom cut off.

Slide this up your arm to elbow height and hot some balls on the range. The bottle will act like a sleeve stopping you bending your elbow.

Hey, maybe I can start selling them - you know paint 'em up a bit first and sell for a tenner :D

Anyone know where I can get a shed load of empty drinks bottles from?

Don't make the first one too fancy.

When the sales die down you can write the word TOUR on it, then maybe paint the next one white?

:p :p

Do you work in marketing?

You will need different size bottles for different size arms I am thinking 2l Robinson bottle for the little guys up to a 3l coke bottle for Timgolfy and his massive massive forearms.

Sorry Tim cheap shot :)
