Charity Golf Day in South East England

Hi

I am just wondering if anyone can help me find a course that would be willing to host a charity golf day in aid of Help for Heroes. I am supporting a company called Gloster MEP and they are looking for a location to hold a charity golf day but are struggling to find somewhere.

No idea of the date yet as that will probably be led by the availability of the course. Ideally, they are looking for somewhere in the South/South East. Previously they have used Foxhills and this was the itinerary of the day so looking for similar. They usually pay for all the golf carts, meals, entertainment etc.

9.00 am - Registration & Breakfast in the Clubhouse
9.30 am - Driving Range available
10.30 am - Welcome, & Golf Buggy Allocation
11.00 am - Shotgun Tee Off on the Longcross Course
12.00-13.00 - Lunch & refreshments delivered on the course throughout the day
3.30 pm / 4.00 pm - Sunset Drinks on the Terrace
5.30 pm - BBQ & Presentations

If anyone can provide me with suggestions and contacts that would be brilliant.

I’ll reach out via email when I’m back home. Foxhills sister club could well accommodate this and has 27holes. Ideally located for the gloster lads who I know well.

My home club, Dale Hill in East Sussex can certainly manage to host large events. Two courses and hotel on site with conference facilities if required. Contact the club on 01580 200112
