I had to change to an overlap grip 2½yrs ago after hitting one of my finger knuckles with a hammer in a freak accident
it's finally feeling better and I'm changing back to an interlocking grip hopefully (if it passes the test)
Using the overlap seems to put more grip pressure on the 1st two fingers of the left hand and feels quite 'wristy' whereas an interlocking feels like there's more pressure in the 3 smaller fingers, whilst the overlap felt comfy I never felt quite 'connected' to the club.
Does anyone else chop and change their grip? How does it feel and which is better for you?
nb: Just the knee/wrist/back/shoulder to fix now
