I would have got it but I just fancied a change.
Apart from the Sun Mountain H2O there are very few fully waterproof bags out there. Personally I tend to use my carry bag in the summer anyway so the chances of too much rain are as reduced as they will be with a British summer and its changeable weather.
If you are a TM man why not hold fire as there are due to be some new TM bags released for next season to compliment the R11
