Just moved into new home, well new to us.

It's a 1980's bungalow and it's not got any cavity wall insulation, so been looking around to find someone in and around Wiltshire to do it.

We won't get help in paying as we both work, so our power surlier say they can't help and to find a local company, which is easier said than done.

So long shot I know, but does any know of a good reliable company I can contact for a quote ??

Cheers

He doesn't come on here very much these days but you could message "Craphacker", who is or was in this business.

And he's a top bloke!

just an aside but we had it done and our house is cold.....still.

Loft insulation, triple glazing and stopping draughts will do more initially IMO

Your house could be damp. We had this problem with our current house. We moved in in the middle of summer red hot outside and freezing inside. We bought a de-humidifier and it sucked out gallons of water over a week, then house was warm. Just a thought if it's still cold.
Insulation wise, we had our walls done for £100 4 years ago. Council subsidy. :0)
