Are you not putting them back in your stance? The only real reason for lack of distance is if you are not compressing the ball a little when hitting it.

i put the ball in the middle, and i think the problem is the with my wedges i try to pick the ball off the fairway rather the coming down on the ball and my divots allways start before the ball witch is wrong i know but i can't get it right any drills wud help, also when i try to come down on the ball its like im coming down to steep and the club takes to much of a divot

Just accept that you dont hit them long and learn to play 3/4 nine irons, pitch and runs and manufacture shots.

I very very very rarely hit any wedge shot full out.

Are these specialist wedges like vokey etc. If so I know my stock pw 46* and my vokey 52* had about 20 yards difference.

If your irons were off the rack get your loft and lies checked. Did hear a story from my local tm dealer about a bag having 2 8i and 2 pw even though one should have been and was stamped 7, and one should have been and was stamped 9 ;)

Sounds to me like the ball is to far forward, a few easy changes should see you sorted.

1, move the ball back a little
2, open your stance a little(this will help the chop action)
3, dont try and help the ball up, hit into the ground and through the ball
4, dont hang back on your right leg (if right handed) this can cause fat / heavy shots.
5, relax and make sure your club head is square and not open.
