Had a heavy few days on the booze, felt grand today/maybe a bit tired..............but my golf was crap(really crap)

I new everything i was doing wrong, but could not fix it, i was at the point of trying everything i knew, but to no avail.

has any one ever had any days like the above that have just ruined your confidence ?

Don't need to have a hangover to have 'one of those days', sometimes it's just not there, that's why i go to work to earn my cash.

thanks for replys folks.

went to range this morning, took about 30 balls, went back to basics. i was not turning my body/completing the back swing yesterday/lunging at ball from the top and getting ahead of ball.

its easy when you fix it.
