Canelo got away with a draw there. He did some eye catching work but wasn't busy enough. I had GGG winning by two, yet somehow one judge had Alvarez winning by 8  Scandalous. Even the mainly Mexican crowd, on their Indie day, booed their man after the verdict.

Rematch? Maybe, perhaps in a year's time.

Don't know what fight that judge was watching. Should be looked into. I understand it's subjective but surely something that outlandish at that level can't be right. I had Golovkin winning by two rounds. Golovkin was the busier but Alvarez landed the more cleaner power shots. GGG was constantly going forward and did well cutting the ring off, Canelo did well back pedalling and trying to counter. I suppose a draw suits De La Hoya. The rematch (there will be a rematch) should happen outside of Vegas. If I remember correctly Alvarez had similar crazy scoring by one judge in a few of his fights. I think one judge called it a draw between him and Mayweather, which was madness.

Saunders won as well last night, keeping himself relevant. Perhaps GGG will unify first before fighting Alvarez again then retiring

Absolutely GGG's fight, Alvarez landed a few good shots but GGG worked much better throughout the fight and was robbed by a horrendous decision.

Still in shock at the scorecards.

Boxing absolutely reeks of corruption, it is set up for it.

When you look into the lady judge who gave Canelo 10 rounds you can see she is time and time again surrounded by controversy.

Great fight, never been so tense watching boxing before.
