Cancelled Comps

Yesterday was rd1 of our Club Championship qualifying. The competition was rained off and therefore cancelled, meaning we had to replay today (you must play in 2 rounds of 2 to be able to qualify). I played early yesterday so managed to complete my round in 76. The come got cancelled, but we got an HDID email alert with results and a calculated CSS of 73. Should this mean I should get a cut of 0.1? I went out today early again and was 4 worse than yesterday, with only one par on the back nine in somewhat improved weather!!

Why would they publish to HDID? There are also other players who have been cut!

If the competition is abandoned for any valid reason, completed cards are still used for handicap purposes. CSS will be equal to SSS and any appropriate reductions will be made but no increases.
