We have a special opportunity for forumers to participate in the regional finals of the Britain’s Best Putter event we are running in partnership with Odyssey.
It wont cost you a thing to get involved, should be a good laugh and there’s the potential of a spot in the UK final (The Grove) and if you go all the way the winner scoops a golf holiday to Las Colinas in Spain.
First up is Formby Hall (North West qualifier) this Saturday - August 4
The format for the comp is below and there’s the opportunity to play a twilight round on course at a very special rate afterwards to make a day of it.

Schedule
12.00 noon competition starts.
Arrive up to 1 hour before to demo and practice with the Odyssey putters that all competitors will be using during the event. Odyssey staff will be on hand to help you find the right putter for your game
Format….
2 x 18 holes strokeplay around the putting green.
The top 16 go into a seeded matchplay knockout played over 18 holes.
The overall winner is crowned Regional champion and the top 4 go through to the grand final at The Grove (October 13[SUP]th[/SUP]) and get custom fitted for an Odyssey putter
There’s also the opportunity to play a round of golf at a special discounted rate of £25 (usual rate weekend green fee is £60). Tee times are from 3.48pm
They also have a 9-hole par 3 course that is normally £15 but are offering us a special rate of £10.
