Is anyone else having trouble using the discount code? It’s valid for another 6 hours but my code just keeps saying invalid.
 
Yeah me too. That website is an absolute car crash.
Was hoping to bag myself a new putter. The code was working earlier but I had insufficient internet connection to complete the order. Now the codes not working at all.

Exactly the same with me. I've contacted them but think their response time is 4-5 working days so not holding out much hope for the new putter.

Yeah, I’ve contacted them too and also got the 4-5 days response email. Annoying.
 
What a joke of a site that is.
I had some items in my basket at lunchtime, code worked fine, went to play golf this afternoon, thinking id just purchase later
Now im same, code invalid

Not sure if im peed off or relieved though....

Yup. It’s pretty bad. As I said above, the code worked fine for me earlier too, just didn’t have enough internet connection to complete the purchase so I waited until I got home. Lo and behold, it no longer works.
 
By any chance could the codes be set up to be one time use? (even if transaction not completed) We've used them like this to prevent it being shared online & keeps a known limit on promotional costs

I don’t think so, it’s the same code for everyone and it wasn’t working for others

Doubt it, it’s just that site is garbage. Takes forever to load, randomly won’t let you check out etc. I love the equipment from it, amazing value but the site is a joke.

I remember telling my mate when a 3 wood went on sale that he was thinking of getting. He put it in his basket and tried 3 different time to buy it and it kept crashing. He went back an hour later and the price had increased from the sale price of £90 to £115 but he still tried to buy as it was still a good deal. Again it wouldn’t complete the checkout.

He left it and then checked the next lunchtime and it was randomly reduced to £73 for some reason and this time it let him check out. He was chuffed to bits with it and it came looking like it had never been hit.

The code was published at the top of the Pre-Owned website home page complete with a countdown timer so it was available to anyone who visited the site....maybe it had a set number of times it could be used.
 
Wee update. I gave them a call this afternoon and they told me if I placed the order at the original price, they’d add the discount once the order was placed, which they duly did. I had a screenshot of the code not working and they were very helpful. So, new putter on the way :)

Yeah I did too but the 4-5 days response time put me off waiting. I found a contact number on the website and gave them a call, which they picked up instantly and were happy to help.
 
Don't bother emailing- I've done three times but never answered. I did the same as JM96 and they 'honored' the code. There's another Members Day on the 14th August so worth trying again and if code fails, give them a call
