I wouldn't worry too much about distances Homer, you seem to know pretty accurate distances for all of your clubs. Why spend so long trying to change a good swing just to try and push a few extra yards from it when you can just club up and shorten the swing?

Homer watching the last of those videos, your head seems to move around 6-8 inches back and up, im not a swing doctor so cant really comment other than maybe your takeaway is too quick and is pulling your top half with it.
