Bushnell Tour v4 Slope edition - problem

For some reason my Bushnell Tour V4 Slope Edition is stuck in metres+slope mode. The usual long press to get it to cycle through the four available modes isn’t working.

I’m used to working in yards not metres, and you’re not supposed to use the slope feature in comps.

I’ve tried taking the battery out but that hasn’t done the trick.

Has anyone else seen a similar problem? Any ideas on how to fix?

Send it back to where it came from

as already said, take it back. not the same problem, but the rubber eye piece came of mine and they just replaced the whole unit with a new one.

on mine ive never been able to get the slope function ON! ?

I would always start with a call to the manufacturer, because if its just a simple button to fix or something then i'd rather get that solution that return something that was fine. If they can't come up with a solution then you can always try returning to retailer.
