Burnham on Sea

Hi All,
I am goin for a week away to Burnham on Sea and their are quite a few golf courses in the area. I was wondering if any of you could perhaps reccomend any?

Hi

Burnham and Berrow is one of the finest links courses in the UK. You will need a bona fide handicap cert and about £70 but well worth it and if the wind is blowing TOUGH!

Ahhh I remember it well. I spent six consecutive years as a kid holidaying there (way too young to be into golf though). Weston Super Mare is a decent course and was good value about three years ago at £35 or so per round

Agreed, Weston Super Mare is a good links type course. It isnt a patch on Burnham & Berrow though.

Breen is also OK if you want a cheap(ish) round and has been lengthened last year. Its still a bit of a goat track though.

Burnham & Berrow is a MUST play course, you will love it.

I agree Burnham and Berrow is THE course down there but I thought I'd give an alternative. I never played B&B but thought WSM was a good course and tricky once the wind blew.

Come down 3 junctions 20 miles to taunton,you can try PICKERIDGE OR ENMORE two lovely courses.
